Roniit - Wide Awake - Lyric Video

Показать описание
Wide Awake was conceived in ritual, a ritual I put my self through to learn confidence and what it means to care for your self. Self love might sound like a narcissist concept but it’s actually the foundation for healthy relationships. When you value yourself you no longer yearn for validation from others. When you can stop seeking that validation your unrealistic expectations for how others should nurse your insecurities will quickly fade. Then you can exist in peace with someone else feeling secure in yourself without blaming them for triggering any insecurities you might have. So really leaning to love yourself and to truly believe you are valuable, unique, beautiful, and worthy of love will enable you to receive that kind of love from someone else. Love yourself the way you’d want someone else to. Treat yourself the way you would a close friend. Don’t tell your self anything that you wouldn’t say to someone you love.
I’m like a trembling flame
I’m like a delicate aching
I’m tender unbroken
Slow riding in motion
Go down Breathe out
Cold tremor and I brace my self
Deep sigh So high
Ruminations of a fractured mind.
I got a vicious hold on these waves
I am a ritual that I crave
Unafraid
I am the crimson glow that remains
I am the nights that turn into days
Wide awake
I am the patterns I trace
I am only my intentions
I’m silent devotion
Another drop in the ocean
Go down Breathe out
Cold tremor and I brace my self
Deep sigh So high
Ruminations of a fractured mind
I got a vicious hold on these waves
I am a ritual that I crave
Unafraid
I am the crimson glow that remains
I am the nights that turn into days
Wide awake
I wanna be high vibration
I wanna be high vibration
I wanna be high
Deep sea emotions that run through my veins
I am reflections of all that I change
Deep sea emotions that run through my veins
I am reflections of all that I break
