fun fact about ADHD meds. If you have actually have ADHD, Adderall helps you concentrate, but it isn't always on what you want. For example, I took mine on a weekend and was ready to start my homework, but I used my 2 hours of ultra concentrated focus to clean my room instead. Quite a funny situation bit it can be a pain in the ass sometimes.

I was put on ADHD medication when I was about nine. I didn't feel like it changed my personality in any way but it did wipe my appetite completely. I could go literally 24 hours without eating and not feel hungry. Everyone was trying to get me to eat and when they finally took me off the medication my mom and I went out to eat a few days later and I ordered almost everything off the kids menu and ate it. It was like those two years or so of not eating all came back at once

Both reactions to the ADHD medication are surprisingly realistic. With ADHD medicine, the medication will interact differently to every person who takes it. You either become hyper motivated like Brian or basically become an overfocused zombie like Stewie. It really all goes down to what type of ADHD you have and if you even have ADHD at all.

I’ve use to take those ADHD medications too for a few years especially for school and works. They worked ok for a while but then they started making me shaky, jittery, and even more stressed out then I needed to be. It was even hard for me to eat and sleep too. But while on that medicine I saw therapists, psychologists, and counselors that helped me a lot and taught me how to practice coping techniques which made a big difference. I still have ADHD and I know I’ll always have it but I can still do what I need to without the medications. I’m so grateful for my great support team, my friends, family, and teachers
