Such a good series. Super informative! Gonna make a few tweaks to my set up based on what I've leaned in this series!

I'm 250lbs. right now on my set up I have yellow malossi in the clutch, white in the pulley and 5.5g rollers. using a 19mm dello carb and cast malossi sport 70cc kit. GET a malossi delta clutch! SO DAMN GOOD! I have had mine for a few years and ZERO complaints. The delta has weights you can adjust for grab power. When my clutch engages it has almost never slipped. You can adjust the tension on the clutch springs also, so in my case I can put in yellow I can adjust them so they engage even a little later if desired.

Great ways to increase that valuable space for travel in the variator or front pulley . I found extra by very simple means[ a file] as I noticed the fixed half has a bit of material from casting under the star locator, the groove where it fits engaging the splines. As well as filing to a flat seating surface, the plastic guides if possible on the side that they seat. 1mm gain .lol.

I know that you specialize in minarelli, but could you please make a video about a piaggio 2stroke engine? I’m quite interested in what the differnces between these 2 engines might be.

Hi, so cool that you’ve got the scoot done, well done for now, because all projects never end. I also saw your Minarelli 90 swap a long time ago, do you think it’s worth it to swap a 90cc Minarelli into a scoot for fast and reliable performance?

Question for ya.. when I pop my cvt cover off the belt is like a half inch from the outer edge of the rear pulley.. would you suggest putting shims in the front variator like you did here in this video? Also what am I losing by it running so low on that pulley? Thanks for your reply..

Cool scoot seem's to be running like a bat out hell, nice tune . Wish I could get time off work to join the cruise not supper far off ( Ohio ) maybe next year my friend. Looking for a winter time project with my son & stumbled across a piaggio LT 50 are you familiar with ! I've been researching parts & was told it runs good, I know the higher end scooters parts get $$ . Good job with the build 💯🤘
