Code Enforcement 101 Ep 16 Short-Term Rentals (Not Permitted)

UPDATE: Here is Episode 16 - Short Term Rentals (Non-Permitted). Some jurisdictions have decided that it hinders the community. In this two (2) part series, our goal is to educate why some cities do not allow short-term rentals at all and why others regulate them. Our goal is to outreach and provide education, so we are trying to make this a global approach.

Many Code divisions in our great nation are having this issue, and since this series is intended to educate others, it is my pleasure to help out. As more jurisdictions begin to allow STR's it is important to know why some love them and some don't.
