Regardless of the grades, expectations, whatever - nice to have those books back and ready for display.
Nice looking books.

In regard to your ASM 252 Marvel Team Up statement.
I did a video breaking down the dates on these books years ago.

ASM 252, MTU 141, and Peter Parker Spectacular Spiderman 90 all share a cover date of 5/84.

But if you get in the knitty gritty.
MTU 141 and SS 90 have a copyright date of Jan 24 and a sale date of Feb 14.
BUT
ASM252 has a copyright date of Jan 10 and Sale date of Jan 31.

At the end of the day the market, companies, and people will say what they may. But those dates are solid and backed by documents.

I would be interested in seeing the graders notes on the lower grades. I agree, CBCS grades harsher, but it makes me like them more because I know a CBCS 9.8, is a real 9.8. I see CGC 9.8's that I'd more likely consider a 9.6 or even 9.4, which makes me less confident buying an already graded 9.8.

Bummer on the lower grades. Still great books to have though! I’ve also thought about cracking (and maybe pressing) some of my lower than expected graded books. Since I am not selling them though it seems sort of like wasting money (to me) to send them back in.

I noticed your Disney fund jar looked low. Looking forward to those Disney videos as well!

I love CBCS but if I were you, I might resubmit the Hulk 181 to CGC just to get the qualified label. I like having the added context there because if the book presents well in the slab and the defect is inside, thats different than having an absolute rag of a 1.0 thats water damaged or something.

I gotta say, that 1.0 on the 181 is a load of BS.
