I really felt your tears here 😢 I know it’s nowhere near the same but I remember crying with anxiety like this everyday when I used to work in customer service because I would dread getting shouted at from rude customers. I’ve not felt like that since I left to work on my business 2 years ago. Not telling you to quite odd muse obvs but the only thing I can suggest is if it’s possible for you to delegate more work to take the pressure off you in some areas of your business that you usually manage. Maybe have more conversations with business owners similar to you like Grace Beverley on how they navigate through it all.
