**✤ Ingredients:**
- 250g Chinese noodles (udon or ramen are suitable)
- 110g (about 3 leaves) Korean cabbage (regular cabbage can also be used)
- 90g (about 5) shiitake mushrooms
- 35g chives
- 1/4 large onion
- 40g white part of green onion
- 100g ground pork
**✤ Seasoning:**
- 25g (1 tablespoon) Doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
- 8g (1 tablespoon) soy sauce
- 5g (0.5 tablespoon) oyster sauce
- 5g (0.5 tablespoon) chicken stock
- 10g (1 tablespoon) chili powder
- 700ml water
**✤ Starch Water:**
- 25g (2.5 tablespoons) starch powder
- 32g (4 tablespoons) water
**✤ TIP:**
If you're using noodles that cook quickly in 2–3 minutes, there's no need to boil them separately. Simply add them to the dish and let them cook directly in the broth.
