The 500 subscribers and 3000 watch hours it's just an early access to ypp monetization with some restrictions like not being able to earn money from ads revenue sharing.
Personally i will choose that one when i'll get there because it's the same monetization process than people that already reached the 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours tresholds and are applying for their channel to be monetized. when you are accepted to the ypp with 3000 watch hours and 500 subs it's easier because when you finally reach the 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours, you will not go through the entire monetization process Again you will only be allowed and invited to access ads revenue sharing and unable ads on your video ! ❤
