To my mind, the chicken disqualifies it as being a “Philly” BUT, it is a fantastic starter sub. What I mean by that is, sometimes I add grilled portobello mushrooms and sometimes I add bacon. Most of the time I’ll add the chili relish but if not, I’ll add grilled banana peppers when I get the mushroom
