Halina Perez was the first casualty in a car accident on Route 68 aka Andaya Highway in Tagkawayan since the opening of the full length of the highway to Sipocot, CamSur in 2003 which is first open partially in 1976 but even today the highway where she died was too dangerous both light and heavy vehicles alike due to numerous accidents since 2004

Wayback 2010s when one the childhood friend Ms. Halina pinpoint us her tomb beside his father, it was a tomb maybe they exhumed and transfer their remain in a enclosed one, nasa bungad lang kasi dati yung nitso nila before. Also her father ended his life in a tragic fate when Halina was toddler.
