I've been with laravel since v4 and with every release I get surprised on the features that Taylor and the team bring into the framework. One of the best decisions was choosing laravel to kick of my coding journey and I've loved every bit of it

Laravel is a great framework to start learning backend web dev. The tooling and community around it is like having a senior dev to walk through with you as you learn some very difficult backend concepts.

Some of my co-worker and lead dev, back in 2009s, says PHP will be dead..its now 2024, i havent heard to much web applications written in 2009s that still being used today
