To ensure you have a smooth process, please have the following documents on hand:
1. Valid Government Picture Identification, such as a passport, driver’s license etc.
2. Proof of residential address, such as utility bill
3. Tax Identification Number (TRN or SSN)
4. Source of funds

Please Note: Identification and proof of address must be separate documents. A single document for both identification and proof of address will not be accepted.
