WWE 2K22 NXT In Your House (Pretty Deadly vs. The Creed Brothers)

Pretty Deadly defend the NXT Tag Team Championship against the Creed Brothers. In February, the Creed Brothers won the 2022 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tag Team Tournament. They were originally scheduled to challenge Imperium for the NXT Tag Team Championship at NXT Roadblock, but were attacked by unknown perpetrators. Weeks later, after NXT Stand and Deliver, it was revealed Pretty Deadly, a tag team from NXT UK, were the ones behind the attack. On the April 12 NXT, Pretty Deadly won a tag team gauntlet match, last defeating the Creed Brothers to win the vacant NXT Tag Team Championship. In the weeks preceding In Your House, it was announced the Creed Brothers will finally receive their solo tag team championship bout for the NXT Tag Team Championship at the aforementioned event. On the May 31 NXT, Roderick Strong, leader of the Diamond Mine, gave the Creed Brothers a harsh ultimatum: if the Creed Brothers are unable to win the NXT Tag Team Championship at In Your House, then they will be forced to leave the Diamond Mine stable.
