VW Grand California Campervan Fridge

An important part of every campervan, today we're looking at the VW Grand California fridge unit. This is a HUGE fridge that can hold enough for a small family easily. It even has a freezer compartment, but there are some handy tips that will come in useful for Grand Cali owners.

Setting the temperature of the fridge, Night Mode and Boost Mode are all good to know if you've just taken delivery of your Grand Cali or if you've had one since the start and didn't know those features existed!

Hi Chris. My fridge door is blocked and I can’t open it anymore. I’m in the middle of France and every WW dealer is either on holiday or understaffed. No one can help me. I have looked online and it’s seems the only way to open it is to smash the cover or drill some holes in the front panel to access the mechanism. Do you have any tips? I have another 3 weeks holiday ahead of me and no solution so far…
