I think Rick will wake up in a ward mirroring his waking in the pilot episode Rick may have even reanimate in supressed state back then in his coma long ago which would explain how he survived over a month with out water in that coma.

I don't think this scene is synchron to the episode. I think this scene is placed earlier, when they transferred Dr. Bennet to CR. Then it makes sense to me.
