So its a tough one. Wonder of u was stated to be above every jojo villain.
That means above love train which araki said to be above mathematical dimensions which would put that at multiversal + at lowball. And tusk act 4 easily one shot love train without difficulty. So that would scale tusk act 4 to low complex multiversal with tusk act 4 unlimited potential. However, years later, while tusk was even stronger johnny tried to counter wonder of u calamity with tusk act 4 however he was one shot by him. So puts wonder of u at low complex multiversal to extream high ball complex multiversal. Or 1-B. And considering that even after soft and wets concept destroying attack wonder of u still was out there just loosing his physical form.
