Hermes parcel delivery 29 04 2016

These jokers delivered a parcel today and threw it over the garden wall as there was no answer at the door.

Yes the red tape around the parcel states 'FRAGILE' in bright red letters.

Probably best to not use this lot if you are sending any china vases.

Had a similar parcel delivered by them last week. Box had the red tape all over with "Fragile". Fortunately I was home so was handed to me. Box was damaged in one corner though as if been thrown or kicked. Fortunately the contents were not damaged as well packaged inside with polystyrene foam. Took about a week to arrive. They always seem slow on delivery. Had another parcel delivered by them once and the box was torn, big hole in the side. Heard a lot of bad reports about them so always dread when any parcel is sent via them.

I've had issues with this company. One woman in particular would put my parcels in the recycling bin!!
