There is really no reason for a short rib to cost 53 dollars.. its one of the cheapest cuts. The lobster risito is reasonable. The other shit is way overpriced

You would probably pay more at French Laundry in California. Unfortunately it was known as the world's best restaurant but evidently it has slipped and is catering to influencers as they can give more global exposure. It used to be incredibly exclusive. It's still around $350.00 US per person (without wine pairings, tax and gratuity) but the quality has gone down.

The pre fixed price is actually a good price ! I spent $137 before taxes on just me alone at a high end restaurant and it wasn’t even all that

The short rib seems a little over-priced for such a small piece of beef that isn't an expensive cut. Other dishes are priced fairly. But, why don't you just say it yourself instead of letting AI do it?
