Omg! You don’t need a disclaimer your house is perfect! I am in real estate my self and that house is considered a “nice” home, youtube has messed with our perspective of what is considered a nice home. Not everyone can afford a million + dollar home and tbh not everyone realistically wants one! I think your new home is beautiful and perfect and I can’t wait to see you & Nick make it your own 😊😊

If it were me, I would put a modern day bed/futon in the guest room and turn it into the guest room/game room. Then you can use the smallest room for storage for both the house and your business and the other room as your studio. That way you don't have to worry about packaging materials and extra supplies crowding your studio, and he gets a nice big game room with a comfy couch in it.

I LOVE THE HOUSE!!!! the home is what you make it. It's great Nick can have an office/game room. Everytime we move it takes a minute to refocus ourselves. Being a military spouse (now retired) sometimes we has to live off post and I made that home what WE needed. The dogs are gonna have lots of fun 😍😍. Don’t be focused on the “word rental”. It is yours while you’re paying rent. I know certain things you can’t do but make it your own for what you have going on in your life. I am soooo proud of you guys. You make me laugh and I missed you all but knew you had to do what you have to do to move. I look forward to your next videos. Hopefully you will share but I do understand if you don’t want to expose us to all your personal space 😁Enjoy y’all

I think your new home is beautiful! Those babies look excited to run in the yard! We had a dashund that would insist on riding in the drivers seat of the vehicle. Any time she got loose we would just go to the car and open the door and she would come running.
Richmond is such a beautiful place. I always love driving through there. Congrats on your new place! I know you will do a fantastic job decorating it.

Your new place looks great! I've never been a fan of a dedicated guest room, since it barely gets used. All that space feels kinda wasted. Having two work rooms, having one thats more office/admin/designing/clean and one making/packing/messy seems ideal...

Wouldn’t you make the second living area on the main floor into your studio? Lots of natural light / room to grow... plus then you aren’t bringing packages up and down stairs.
