I haven't checked recently, but the easiest way to kill it In vanilla would be using frostburn arrows with the phantasm bow

Technically it’s actually really easy, just fly around (or run if you have boots) and attack it until it dies, sure, you only deal 1-2 damage with every weapon, so it will take a while. So technically it’s actually easy

He might be bulky and strong but thats about it. When it comes to attacks he is very predictable since he can only ram into you. It becomes less a question of difficulty than making the right preparations.

It's us 3 friends beating the guardian with a bug that let's you go invincible in Terraria mobile (I don't remember the exact version but I think it was 3ds? Or much older version of terraria) it was heck ton of fun doing everything we can only 1dmg till we beat it.

I remember defeating a dungeon guardian before (in the mobile version), and my brother and I just used those valentine/heart arrows which constantly makes the dungeon guardian stop moving, making it easier to hit and defeat.

Finch staff has separate immunity frame counters for enemies, so use that, and a weapon that attacks fast. Crits are calculated after enemy defense and damage reduction, so maximize those.

I recommend using the UFO mount along with a bunch of crit boosting weapons and gear, crits will do 2 damage instead of one
