Some would become Muslim, if they want to be part of a religion that is preserved and not a compilation.
Some would become Muslim, if they realized Islam has guidance for all places, times, and subjects.
Some would become Muslim, if they realized that nothing essential is prohibited.
Some would become Muslim, if they realized just how Islam was never designed to be limited to Arabs in a hot desert.
Some would become Muslim, if they realized Islam shares the same good and truth had in other life paths.

After the death of the holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his holy progeny), Muslims had two options for seeking guidance from; the ahlulbayt (family) of the holy Prophet. Others.
Ahlulbayt are those family members of the holy Prophet who grew up in his blessed lap. Islam, Qur'an and the Shari'ah was revealed in their house. The angels descended with the blessings and mercy of Allah into their house. Muslims are obligated to send blessings upon not only their Prophet but also his holy progeny in their daily prayers/namaz/salat. The holy Prophet left behind him the Book of Allah, the holy Qur'an and his holy progeny. They are the best examples and role models after the holy Prophet. The ahlulbayt are the inheritors of the holy Prophet's knowledge, wisdom and characteristics.
Who can understand Islam, Qur'an, Shari'ah, the sunnah of the holy Prophet and so on better than the people of the house?
This is why the Shi'as seek guidance from the holy ahlulbayt after the holy Prophet and none else.
As regards to the others, we are not sure of the state of their iman, their source of knowledge, information, understanding and guidance about Islam.
In their daily prayers/namaz, Muslims ask Allah at least ten times a day, "O Allah, guide us to the straight path. The path of those upon whom You have showered Your blessings and mercy; not of those upon whom You sent Your wrath and gone astray"
The question is, how am I supposed to know who are the ones upon whom Allah has showered His mercy and blessings?
Interestingly, I found the answer in the same namaz. We send blessings upon not only the holy Prophet but also his holy progeny.
This proves that after the holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh&hp), his holy progeny is the best source of knowledge, information, understanding and guidance for the Muslims.
Anyone who rebels against them, oppressed them, waged wars against them and spilled their blood are the ones upon whom is Allah's wrath and gone astray.
Muslims need to study the history of Islam (not of the Muslims).

Some Shias/chias hate some of the companions of the Prophet (SAW) where Allah Subhanahu Wa Talaa says in Quran Kareem that he was well pleased with the companions of the Prophet (SAW) who swore allegiance to Prophet (SAW) under the tree. If you would agree with the hating Shias/Chias then you go against Quran Kareem.
