Phoenix ranks as one of the most polluted U.S. cities on new list

The American Lung Association released its annual “State Of The Air” report this week, and once again, it has Phoenix ranked as one of the most polluted cities in the nation.

Where can I report a neighbor who burns branches and trash at 3 or 4 AM in the morning and we can’t sleep with the smoke..

This may be the 5th largest city in the nation but, keep in mind this is the desert. Air Quality will be dirty with dirt that blows. Every time you dust weekly or scrub floors the dirt is something nasty no matter how often you clean your homes.

The state doesn't do any recycling. Their auto inspection is a mockery compared to NY. Not surprised.
