Spectacularly myopic investor and industry centric response missing even one syllable about the people who are actually doing the work of keeping these establishments open and running. Completely disconnected from reality, sitting behind glass and microphones making pronouncements untethered from any personal experience as a customer let alone retail employee smirking about mops and management!
