I'm using a 7,2AH led accumulator, which allows me to play full effect (sounds a lot louder in real then on video obviously) for 30 hours!




*Not for for any commercial use. It's used to show my home-built boom box.

@Brendan194 yes! you can play really loud with excellent sound (depends most on sound device and quality of song). the bass isn't extreme in any way but sure is enough for what it's used for :)

Thinking of doing almost the same thing, amp6 but with two 6, 5 inch coaxials. How many hours do you get and what battery do you use?

@HotHeadCJ well enough, and since i built it for outside use a heavier bass would only drain the battery faster, not enhance the sound in any way

what do you need for the boombox? Battery etc can you gif my your full specs with the same speakers?. I have around €200 of 320 dollars

If you play music from a 7, 2Ah accumulator for 30 hours, than it's power is probably at 250mA. That means, you have 3 or 4 Watts. Yes. You play music at 3-4W while you would be able to play at 200W.
