Handan Sultana is not mentioned in the history as much as the rest of the Sultanas.
History only says about Handan Sultana that Mehmet III had a concubine and Ahmed'' mother.

Everyone compares kosem with hurrem but for me there is no comparison because hurrem ruled while suleiman was still alive and if history is correct suleiman never cheated on her so she had many things in her favour but kosem fought alone she saw everyone she loved die so if she became the way she is shone in the end of series it was because she had seen so many deaths and there was nobody to support her her daughters were also useless whereas mahirima also became strength of her mother
