Broke people with a mortgage want the luxury of a "stay at home mom" when they have a child. Not taking into account that if the only working spouse looses their job, , they risk homelessness
. Rich people always have different income sources. Rich people also have less children and not in their early twenties. They build themselves up first

Going to a used car lot infuriates me. They don’t even put the prices on the window anymore. You have to ask and then they say “I got the best payments in town!”. That’s not what I asked bozo.

I can remember the point where I finally got well off enough that I could write a check for a car and going to the dealership, and having the dealer keep asking me how much a month could I afford. No matter how many times I told him just tell me what you want for the darn thing.

Actually, rich people do ask “how much down”.

Because sometimes it’s better to pay a loan if you have someone else to pay that loan for you. Such as renting an apartment.

So yeah, Dave isn’t always right everyone.
