you can do bits work integrated program outside any contract bond separately also. ITs great learning platform and you will earn a valid degree at the end. I would suggest please dont do wilp if you are bound to sign a contract or some other terms

But I don't understand one thing if you are preparing and updating everything on linkedin and every other employees is leaving then wipro have no objections or no criterias for the employees that applying for another company while bounded with wipro wilp program

I am getting offer for same role as Service Coordinator from the same project where I was working (the contract with wirpo is completed). But after checking your video I scroll more on youtube, and come across one video where they are telling you have to pay 75k penalty (in my case 60k) and mtech fees (25-30k). Is it true or just the 75k penalty is there?

Can you tell which Additional skill do you acquire to get this switch I have good knowledge of full-stack and python, know and have certificate of AWS clound practitioner and lot more skills. (Just dont know DS and Algo that much) is this enough if I dont switch now to this coordinator role and try to switch after 2 or 3 year
