Online customer service: useless.
Phone customer service: useless.
They promise they will call you back after running some tests: they lie.
They promise to scale up your support ticket: they lie.
They promise their server can guarantee 400k visits/month: they lie.
My site goes 503 just for adding a customer note in the backend without refreshing the page, just with ajax. The only solution they can provide: try optimizing the pictures.
