In this video, you'll learn how to install the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) Server, which provides call center services to our Cisco Unified Communications environment. The installation will build on prior videos, where we installed a VMware ESXi server, a Cisco Cloud Services Router (CSR 1000v), a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Server, a Cisco IM & Presence Server, and a Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) server.

If your installing Cisco CUCM 12.5 or one of the other services, such as CUC, it does not do the thing where you have to re-initialize the virtual drive, or maybe it does that automatically, I am just talking about 12.5.

If I want to add a music audio track that runs on the background of all the recorded IVR messages, should I record it at the background of every message or there’s a way to add it separate ?

Hello hits configuration was made just for Internal Calls Right? If someone call you fom PSTN you need to export a script to the GW?

Hi Kevin, I wonder why you created jtapi user on UCCX (time 11.36), but on CUCM there is user with different name - jtapi_1 (time 13:15) ?

At 32:39 under Related Links, I do not have the option for Subscribe/Unsubscribe. CUCM 12.5.1 Edit: I see, it's not available for Jabber

Hi Kevin, can you tell me if I need to have active directory domain controller installed on my windows DNS server in order for UCCX to work or do I just need to install the DNS server role?

attention, there are some mistakes in install and configuration procedure. He has to use a Cisco OVA-Template for the installation and so on...
