Asahi Pentax S (1958) video Manual 2: Operation, Taking a Photo, Pre-set Lenses, & Double Exposures

Following the original Asahi Pentax camera's release, the Asahi Optical Company released the Asahi Pentax S the following year, in 1958. The S represented the lower-tier model that accompanied the K. Though released with the new Auto Takumar lenses, the S used pre-set lenses, a lens interface soon to fall out of popularity as easier lens interfaces took hold. One of the rarest Pentax bodies now, the S is fun camera to try and find and joy to shoot for the way it slows the photographic process and opens scenes to creative interpretation through that slower process.
