The best tip IMO is that you dont have to throw far, you have to throw to a good spot to throw your next .

You started off like a real hype guy, and I thought maybe you were going to be a tool, but then you were really chill and mellow. That was rewarding.

As a beginner i really needed this pep talk broski. Thanks for the tips.
What i like best about disc golf aside from the relationship I'm building with my son, is the community.
Everyone i meet is encouraging and helpful and down to simply have fun and be in the moment.

When you mess up, just laugh. Laughing at yourself is one of the best ways to keep your calm.

Dude, I have watched every disc golf instructional video on youtube and your tips are blowing my mind. It's like you made this video just for me haha. Thank you! I can't wait to get out and throw now!

This is really all advice that has applied from traditional golf forever, and I'm glad people are sharing it. I only ever had two things going for me: power, and a blessed relationship with my 4 iron. Playing to your strengths, as opposed to "stay in your lane" might be a better way to put it. My putting game has always been mediocre and I can't always keep it straight on the fairway, but nobody else I play with can consistently hit a 200 yard nuke out of ankle deep grass with the #4 Slasher lol.

Just got into disc golf, this is the first video I've seen and all I could pay attention to were all the boardgames in the back! Cheers!

For anyone who plays BALL GOLF as well as disc golf, this advice applies to that sport as well. These tips are so simple and so obvious but also so often forgotten and so helpful. Great video.

Recently came across this video and it was exactly what I needed. I was coming off one of the worst rounds I have ever played, and it was during my local clubs tags. Nothing felt worse than walking away with that day with a number most people didn't know existed for the club. Since then, I started following your tips, reducing the stress and playing for my pars and it has made the world of difference.
It is easy for pros to say "just putt with confidence as they knock down 40 footers, but when you are in the middle of a round just hoping to draw metal at some points, it is great to have these tips to fall back on.
That is my long way of saying, Thank you for making this and many other of your videos as they are truly helping me and I am sure others. If there is any way to help support the channel, I would be interested in those details.

I have watched this video several times. Very good advice for any tournament player. I like to rewatch this when I get the nerves before a tournament

This might be the best disc golf advise ever. Another one to remember, it's just a game. Unless you make you living playing it, it is just a game.

As a beginner that has played a handful of tag rounds I can attest that these are very helpful tips, especially the stay in your lane tip. Thanks, man!
