Marine Molecule on human HT1080 Fibrosarcoma cells

Wound healing assay showing the cellular effect of a new marine natural product (tested at 10µM final concentration). This molecule can induce a regulated necrosis (at this stage the cells become round). Assay performed by Nathalie Desban (CNRS) using an IncuCyte (Sartorius) on the cell-based assay facility of the Station Biologique, Roscoff (Brittany, France). The HT1080 cells are human fibrosarcoma cells (ATCC#CCL-121) transfected with the IncuCyte(R) NucLight Red Lentivirus (Cat#4476,EF1alpha, puromycin from IncuCyte, Sartorius).
