I'm so disappointed as if they didn't cancelled any other potentially good show they couldn't afford. But this was actually a HUGE MISS, great show, so well written, so original, I hats Netflix at this point, can't be forgiving, greed sucks the life out of good things

I'm so PISSED. I thoroughly enjoyed the show and was excited to see what was going to happen in season 2. Netflix killing a good thing yet again. Can HBO or Amazon or someone please pick this show up?

Netflix doesnt realize theyre causing their own low numbers because they keep doing this. Why get into a show, even a really good one, if theyre just going to get rid of it anyway? Because theyve cancelled shows that had good numbers and a big following, like sense 8, yet theyve kept shows that most people havent heard of (usually their competition shows) all the time. If they want to save money then they should remove the dozens of competition shows and invest in the others. You cant always tell how a show is going to do after one season, sometimes people wait to hear more and see whether or not itll be cancelled before investing their time on it. But netflix does give them a chance.

This is so sad. I binged the whole show in one day. It was that good. I don't usually binge. I've never been so upset about a cancellation.

This is really frustrating, they closed the season with a huge hook, I felt like it ended when it was starting to "really get there", and now we'll never see the end of this very creative and entertaining story...

I reallly, really, hope the showrunner, writer's, anyone with close ties to this show's creative process spills the tea on where the show was going, who/what the gods really are/were. Everything there is to tell about where they wanted to take the show. There are so many unanswered questions! I was so confident it'd at least get a second season.

I cannot forgive Netflix this time. I'm gonna cancel my subscription.

Can the show be picked up by someone else? Let's say. . . a Network Studio? Streaming is really the death of tv series format. F to Netflix, Amazon and all the Plus pluses. . . .

The biggest problem is that the 1 season axe is so prevalent people don't watch shows when they come out thinking it'll get cancelled anyways. I also heard they're awful at budgeting too so often lead to cost overruns.

I enjoyed it. But I didn't see any marketing for Kaos prior to its release. Maybe if they advertised it better, more people would have given it a go.

It was a trully brilliant and unique show. How sad.

Kaos is phenomenal, and needs a second season at least. Part of Netflix's problem is that it doesn't advertise its series.

this was such a refreshing and unique series... and the acting, writing, cinematography, even soundtrack... were all spot on...

I’m an absolute denial about this disappointing news. I’m actually crying right now. It’s a horrible horrible thing to have found out. I wish Netflix would stop cancelling good shows to make another season of big mouth

Every show I desperately love has been cancelled after one season. I just assume everything is a mini series because of this. Thanks Netflix. You suck.

Netflix absolutely refuses to do what decades upon decades of history show to be true: give shows time to percolate and find their audience. Any show with even a vaguely "rough" start, even shows that are in the black and making profit, are cancelled if they don't have sufficient ROI in a short enough time.

Netflix would straight up cancel cultural touchstones like Star Trek. Even after the cultural success of Star Trek, STTNG would absolutely have been cancelled after Season 1's very lackluster performance, especially compared to the extreme cost of each episode (for the time).

Hell, Seinfeld would have been cancelled. It didn't really break into top ranks until like the fifth season, and didn't even rank AT ALL during its first season.

Cheers, too, took multiple seasons before it slowly grew into a hit. Which means Frazier, also, never would have happened.

GAME OF THRONES had lower numbers than Boardwalk Empire, and while an okay showing, it didn't really have great numbers until the Red Wedding.

The Wire didn't have good showing in the ratings.

The US version of The Office didn't have a good showing for the first couple seasons in the ratings.

You can't just expect a show that you dump all at once and don't really advertise in any meaningful way to show numbers after a mere month or two of premiering.

It's absurd, and people are getting really fed up with it.

Give. Shows. Time. To. Build. A. Fucking. Audience.

WTH? I loved this show and it's sad it was cancelled because it has a lot of potential and several greek mythological creatures that haven't been included/developed.
