The purpose of these lawsuits is twofold. First, to maintain the image that he's being victimized by Big Tech that motivates his followers. Second, to motivate his followers to donate to his campaign fund, which is a huge source of income for him.

To be fair I see how absurd it is, but then again a federal court ruled that Trump's personal Twitter account was considered as a public forum, especially at the time of this ban, barring him from using as a personal Twitter account (by that I mean blocking people). So to me it was a bit hypocritical with that in mind when Twitter banned Trump during his presidency
