I’ve used the Nature’s Bounty hair skin and nail gummy vitamins. I’m not sure if it made my hair longer but it definitely makes it noticeably thicker. My sister uses Olly and loves them.

Now I'm trying to find the right products for my hair to combat dryness and frizz. My hair is thick and does grow but now I'm afraid of how long it will take to grow back. I tried two brands so far, Vegamour gummies which are vegan and OLLY's Undeniable Beauty gummies. I didn't break out with the Vegamour gummies and my hair grew thicker, but with OLLY I got a lot of hormonal acne around my jawline. For OLLY, I had to decrease to 1 gummy instead of the recommended 2 gummies. It works very well on my hair, just not my face.

i wanna go buy more hair gummies now lol I have a collagen they literally worked for I’ve tried it for a little over just 1 week my hair has grown maybe about 2 inches it’s really done wonders I couldn’t tell if it was a scam but some of these gummies I believe might be good for you however lot of them are just for your money which I’m trying to avoid but thank you for posting this!

maybe the reason olly has not broken you out is because the biotin dosage is lower than most brands? I have had the same problem with biotin:/
