You can see in this video the Apt. 57 in 3. Alta Street. I bought it for 223k (223000 :P)
BTW: every apt which costs over 200k, looks the same as this one.

Fair warning for players: it seems like every apartment currently available that's priced at $200k or more is exactly the same inside and has the same size garage, the only differences are location & view from the windows.

I visited my friend's apartment at Eclipse Towers that cost 391k. This apartment looks almost identical to his. It is about 97 percent close I am not kidding. I should just buy this instead.

I'm level 19 and I'm gonna buy this one because it's just like the 500k one and it's close to Los santos customs and cloth shops + it has that wonderful view that apartment #10 lacks

Why is everyone saying what level they were lol all you need is $223K. I think I bought a place with the free $500K rockstar gave everybody to make up for the shit servers the first few weeks online came out.

This is the same as the eclipse towers ones but only in the middle of the city :O and cheaper lol ... and 175 000 $ cheaper atleast

Guys you could just buy Del Perro Tower apt. for $205, 000 it looks just like this and is cheaper. But the view is not so great.
