Her nutrition advice channel is the first one I’ve listened to (and I’ve listened to a lot) that even makes any kind of common sense. I have high blood pressure and have been searching for someone to tell me the truth about diet. All that keto, plant based (which she recommends) and all the others are very confusing. I’m getting older and need to make some changes and I think she offers sound advice, plus she explains things!

Good advice from Dr. Kulze. For some time now I"ve been eating "real food" as opposed to processed food. I'm very pleased with the results. Processed food has a lot of sugar and linoleic acid (omega 6). Not only have I lost excess weight but I find that my weight remains stable even at times when I eat a lot of high calorie foods such as cheese and nuts.
