High Protein Chicken Burrito Bowl Meal Prep!💪🏽🔥

Arguably one of the best and tastiest weight loss recipes, perfect for meal prep! Eating high volume delicious meals like this makes losing weight so much more enjoyable. Great macros and it will keep you full for ages🙌🏽

Macros Per Serving (4 Total)

508 calories - 53g protein - 56g carbs - 8g fat

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

For the Chicken:

• 600g Raw Cubed Chicken Breast (140g cooked chicken per serve)
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
• 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
• 1 Whole Lime Juice
- Cook on medium heat 3 mins each side, use cooking spray

For the Creamy Green Sauce:

• 80g Avocado (1/2 medium size)
• 120g Fat Free Greek Yogurt (Brand: Milbona)
• A good handful Coriander/Cilantro
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper
• 1/2 Lime Juice

Note: You will only use a small amount (20g) per serving

For the Mexican Rice:

• 208g Uncooked Basmati Rice (Approx. 560g cooked weight - 140g per serving)
• 1 tsp Salt, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Paprika
• 50g Tomato Paste
• Garnish with Coriander/Cilantro

For the Sides:

• Handful Shredded Lettuce per serve
• 120g Sweetcorn (40g per serve)
• 120g Black beans (40g per serve)
• Red Onion, Green & Red Bell Pepper
• Lime Wedge
• 20g (or more) Green Sauce Per serve

Evenly distribute into 4 equal servings and your meal prep is ready for the week!

Notes:

- I would store the green sauce and shredded lettuce separately to the rest, just add the sauce and lettuce when ready to eat
- Heat the food in a microwave for 2+ mins or until warmed through
- This can stay in the fridge for up to 4-5 days, the sauce stores best in a sealed bottle

To make real Mexican rice you first golden fry your rice in a little bit of oil I use olive oil than I add finely chopped garlic and onion. As soon as garlic releases that delicious aroma I pour 3 blended tomatoes, a small piece of onion and a garlic clove. Let it boil and season it with chicken bullion and sea salt... Try it and you'll know how real Mexican rice tastes like

Traditional Mexican rice should be fried until it browns a little before adding your water a tomato paste or sauce. Trust me that added flavor makes a difference. But other then that. This is still a fire dish

My one criticism is a rather poignant one: the calorie and protein content is invalid when there are no amounts indicated for the actual ingredients of the dish.
If the relevant information was provided the videos would be a perfect 10 for me.
For the record, I and other cooks wont actually need specific measurements and can work it out ourselves, and I personally am not concerned with counting calories, but you see the issue for people that do count calories and can't work out recipes by eyeing them.
Anyway, great videos and I just subscribed and will certainly be using some of the recipes, and I can dole out the calorie count to my partner and she'll be impressed without thinking too much into it lol
