Hello my car is year 2000 model classic mini efi.what is my front brake disc size?

I have an idea (i dont know if its done before), if you want a roofrack and classy suitcases on your mini, you could put your tools in the suitcases. This way you can have spare parts and tools ready to go if you're on a road trip.

Damn missed the live broadcast could I ask I've replaced the brake resvior now got a really long brake pedal there's no air in the lines any help would be great as it quite scary pulling up to junctions

You should NOT put washers on there... washers are never 100% same. It may cause a 'wobbly wheel'.

BTW I own 3 Minis, and I have 2 brothers that also have Minis... yes more than one. We isedto have about ten.
When I spin the rear hub it SPINS. Yours, well it moved. But it doesn't spin. And it's not the brake doing that.
My guess is somebody dropped it onto the floor (off the jack) and bent the backplate, maybe damaged the bearings too.
But you'd hear that, so guess not... no way you can damage the cast-iron hub though (it would crack).

Any more noise, most likely the backplate could be binding on the hub (in the centre).
