Good lesson! This has always been tricky for me, especially when the words get rearranged.
Some of the translations of the past-tense examples aren't correct (around 3:47).

V slovenčine máme v slove “rád” dĺžeň na litere a, takisto v slove nerád.

"paci sa mi" asi nebude uplne "we like" skor "paci sa nam" nie? :D Taktiez "mal som rad jedlo" asi uplne nebude "I liked to eat" cize rad som jedol :D Taktiez ja som rad jedol asi nebude you liked to eat etc. etc. proste dost misunderstanding video
