Great topic, this is a great sign of success and practicality for living around the world! By age 30 I would like to own at least 3 homes in 3 countries, one of my goals!

Solid process, Andrew. I like the idea of only having to fly with hand luggage in the future, the faster the processing times these days, the better.

How do you pay off credit cards from abroad, i live in Chile and have a credit card with Bank of America but i don't think it's posible to pay off the credit card with my Chilean bank. How do you go about paying off your credit cards with foreign banks? do you wire the money to a local bank? but then you have to deal with all the fees and the money taking days to arrive etc.

How do you feel about the language barrier in a none English speaking countries? What is your plan on how to raise you children, once you have them? (what language? what heritage?) this could be an issue as with multi-cultural couples, and even more so, for a traveling family.

Great video. I have some questions:
What is a hard token and what is a soft token? I assume they are something to do with security.
Actually I have a video topic request. Could you please do a video on internet security for example you those spreadsheets with all of that sensitve information. How do you protect that. Also how do you ensure your bank accounts are safe from hacking?
Kind regards

Yay! I thought you already have some fancy software where you login with YubiKey and do RPA for automatic SIM card reloading and paying utility bills with single click... Do you keep your spreadsheets on Google Drive ;P What if you lose the hard token bag or laptop gots stolen? A proper Nomad Capitalist should have an AI assistant to keep reminding him when is the right time to move the TF Venetian from KL to Tivat...

I have the same thing. Except it's Henri Bendel and I call it the Shit Hits The Fan Bag.

When the entire Planet is in lockdown you can astral travel to all your homes at once. No luggage, no passports needed.

Do you ever go home to the Midwest to visit family? Is it hard to get back into US once you have ticked off the haters by expatriating? Or do you just have your family visit you where you are? My question is personal, since I have one adult child in college in Texas, and one adult child in Osaka, who after three years there would gladly renounce US to be Japanese, because everything (according to him) is better in Japan. Visiting my son in Japan would, it seems, be easier after renouncing, than visiting my daughter in Texas after doing so. Thus the question about visiting your own family.
