Kettle Doozie

* Grab One heavier KB and/or a pair of KB’s the same weight or a pair of dumbbells for Bent Over Rows
* You will complete 2 -3 rounds
* Rest as needed but try to take it at the bottom of the round

1. Kettlebell Deadlift x 20 reps
2. Bent Over Kettlebell Row x 10 reps
3. KB Goblet Clean x 20 reps
4. Bent Over Kettlebell Row x 10 reps
5. KB Swing x 20 reps
