A CP SD30C-ECO pair pull a local through the Coquitlam Central WCE station

Date: August 31, 2021.

Recorded with a Sony Handycam HDR-CX405 camcorder on an Amazon Basics heavyweight tripod.

Locomotive consist:
CP 5004: EMD SD30C-ECO.
CP 5017: EMD SD30C-ECO.

Filmed on the CP Cascade Subdivision.

While I was heading to Pitt Meadows that day (which ended up not happening because I soon got notified of a BCOL duo), I noticed the wayside signal for the northern track was showing an approach medium for an eastbound train, so then I decided to stop on the way and head over to this location and got my camera equipment set-up. A few minutes later soon enough, this local came around the corner and came through with a nice SD30C-ECO pair for power! I did not capture the whole train though because this train ended up stopping at the next signal past me (which was showing a stop) so this train did not move for a while, and I soon left to catch the BCOL duo which came later that day.
