These guys did so many excellent songs and arrangements.

*It requires the "Industry Juice", a seasoned Manager, Management Plan, Agent with Venue Connections, Marketing and Publicist, and a Strategic Plan that all the Musicians accept*

Then the Record Deals that stimulate the Concerts and Tours.

Musicians are Creative, Artists, those that do well are Managed by a Familly Member or Close Friend, and they have to be sharp.

I would love to see them achieve their dreams, it is doable. But ya have to know there's a price for the Success.

I was around the Music Industry for 20 years, married into it. The Promoters and Record Companies can be ruthless, as can other envious Artists.

Ego ... gets nasty.
