I remember him in 2008 as a left wing, in a friendly match at Biarritz stadium, few years before moving to front row. Looked like a back version of Phil Waugh. Super dense, very eager to be involved in collisions, Biarritz had to perform tackle 2 on 1 to stop him. I hope they’ll remember him in Leicester, as single club professional player, captain, international player, Lions…and a remarkable family man. Wish you the best Tom.
