Troy I checked it out then the most popular flavored America for beef jerky is in fact Teriyaki. I love eating and of course making my own homemade jerky. Your recipe for homemade teriyaki  beef jerky looked spot on!

That's really impressive that you were able to keep the temperature that low on there. I love me some Jerky. I usually do it on my dehydrator or in the oven. That's pretty damn impressive Troy. Yummy brother.

great channel buddy. love watching your vids on smoker/grills. jerky, temp managment ect. just bought my smoker in holland, a proper one. smoking is quite new here. not as big of a scene like texas in the usa. but i love the jerkey beef, or even venison jerkey. or any jerkey, as a chef im always looking for great stuff and especially new stuff. new ways, texture ways, and this gives me a lot of new ways to improve flavour and texture. i love low and slow. take your time to make something realy good, not something half ass. we still need to educate a lot here, because bbq in holland, basilcy is grilling. so a real bbq in holland is weird. and people think your doing it all wrong.. pretty funny to see. than the explaining starts. ill make venison jerky tomorrow, with a Gin (juniper berry, gloves, peper, ginger, garlic rosemary, sage, salt) marinade.) ill think this will be pretty epic stuff. if your interested let me know. happy to share!

Great recipe for teriyaki beef jerky.  I want to make my own so I can control the ingredients.  Homemade is the best.  You have a great channel.  I just subscribed.

Great cook
You just inspired me to make some jerky.
It's been a few years and I'm just wondering why I haven't in so long.
Thanks
