For us this has been what has been happening along years..the normal behavior of the falls..either so much or so little water..immemorial happenings

I will go to Iguazu next year. I want to have the highest possible water level. I know that in June/July its the lowest level. So I plan to go either March, October or November? Which is best? Is one of those months especially bad due to some circumstances?
