The problem with that is the water would have to be absolutely flat in order for you to not blow your back out. Think about how much you use your legs like suspension on a car when riding a JetSki to absorb the waves. Still pretty cool though.

Unlike a jetski, this is a low sitting position. You will feel directly all the ocean bumps in your back! The jetski position is much safer for your back since you can use your legs as support and even transfer all your weight onto your legs when the sea becomes too bumpy.

For those in comments concerned about flipping, watercraft hulls are designed to float, hull down. It's hard to flip a personal watercraft if it dod flip, it's natural propensity is to flip again so the top side is up again. Follow all of your watercraft's safety protocol and load ratings and go have fun.

Looks very cool, but if water isn't very smooth it would most likely be uncomfortable driving it. Coming off a decent sized wave would probably cause some pain in your butt, hips and lower back. Unless, seat has some bad ass suspension that i cant see.
