loll nah basically it's villa complex built to sell for Vietnamese people. But due to the real state bubble busted event, the investor ran out of money and the selling activities and revenue were not high enough to cover the construction costs so they were forced to stop and there are unfinished complexes :D There were some similar projects like this in Vietnam. For example, check your Ho Chi Minh City vblog post a couple months ago, in the drone scene, there is the unfinished high tail building next to fancy ones, that building is also being left there for like 8+ years I think lol. Can you imagine that? in the middle of Ho Chi Minh downtown :p
