I got mine from FB market as well, to avoid leaks seal your roof with flex seal it holds for years and you can use it around your windows as well

Im pretty certain that you are safe, although that at times, it is good to be aware of the dangers. Regardless, there is nothing to stress out about. Im happy that you got through it and did your routine, ate, and cleaned up. But I need you to remember...anything and everything that we make or reconstruct is going to be prone to breaking down. All we can do is fix it or get it fixed and keep it moving.

I'm 71 by little dog & I live in a camper I purchase (used) 9 months ago. I live in Texas so the current storms are rattling me. It will take some time to get used it the rocking. You did a wonderful remodeling job. It looks so cute.

Did you snow seal your roof when you rebuilt the RV? That would help you feel more confident about rain and snow on the roof. Also seal around the outside light fixtures. I liked your rebuild videos. Nice to have brothers with skills to help. You all did a really nice job.

Campers are a 10/10 my wife and I live in one. We're 27 with one dog.

You NEED to get awnings over your slides. They are well known to start leaking at some point. Not if but when it does.

We lived in our camper as a family of 5 for four years...boy the storms we went through...the first week we were in it there was a tornado 1 mile away!! I definitely do not miss the rocking and the freakout if we forgot to bring in the awning!!
It always seems that there's something wrong with it...but if you truly are happy and this is really what you want to do then living in a camper is one of the funnest things ever!!

I have the same problem too i also get way too too scared and get shaky in my hands then i get myself into the cleaning mood and get a snack afterwards

The leaks come from driving, hitting bumps pot holes and so on . Staying in one place with a properly sealed roof will eliminate the leaking.
